1. About the Complimentary Service 关于免费服务

• The complimentary gift is a Firing & Glazing Service for the "Mindful Pottery Wheel Workshop for Beginners" (valued at $99).

• Schedule & Booking: Workshop times are subject to availability. Please check the latest schedule at heerpottery.com before contacting us to book your spot.

• Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Same as our standard website policy. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of the workshop. Any approved change made outside this period requires re-booking at the current website price on the day of the change.

2. About Your Membership Balance 关于会员余额

• Your $388 recharge is credited as a balance on your HEER membership card.

• This balance can be used to book any workshop or service listed on heerpottery.com.

• Pricing: The amount deducted per booking will be the current listed price on our website at the time you make the reservation.

3. Membership Card Details 会员卡详情

• Validity Period: The membership balance and the complimentary service credit are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Usage: The card can be used for personal bookings or group bookings. All reservations must be made by or under the name of the cardholder.

• Refunds & Cash Value: The membership balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
